We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use MatchDay on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may use MatchDay to manage football squads and matches for personal, non-commercial coaching purposes. You agree not to:
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss.
MatchDay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.
